GALLUP — When the hospital’s administrative assistant to CEO Karen Lautermilch made the unilateral decision Oct. 7 to turn down a Inspection of Public Records request for Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services’ new bylaws, she was wrong, according to the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.
